I created this guide because I’ve been there—feeling confused by sudden shifts in my body, exhausted by the search for answers, and frustrated by wellness advice that didn’t speak to real life.
As I prepare for perimenopause, I want to know what I could expect and know my body as best I can so I can still live a full life. Menopause shouldn't be a surprise to women in midlife. I want to help educate women and give them guidance on how to navigate and embrace these changes.
As a certified coach specializing in fitness, women’s health & hormones, and nervous system regulation, I wanted to offer something that felt empowering, not overwhelming. Something practical, honest, and full of care.
